Painting for a 3bedrooms apartment

Hi, We have to redo the painting in our apartment as we plan to leave. It's a 3 bedrooms apartment. The current painting is still new as the painting was done one year ago and we are the first tenants. Also we didn't fix anything in the walls so there are not any holes in the walls. So I think that only a layer of paint will be enough. The ceiling size is arround 80 square meeters and the total size of the walls is arround 170 square meters. Thank you.
