The apartment has 5 rooms - bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. There are wooden panels in the bedroom, living room and dining room. These do not need to be painted, just the walls and ceilings. The bathroom walls are tiled - only a small portion of the wall and the ceiling needs to be painted. The kitchen is very small - the walls and ceilings should be painted. The walls and ceiling are currently painted white and should be repainted white. The walls will be ready for painting and the apartment will contain no furniture when the painting should be carried out. The painting should be done in January 2018.
