I am seeking someone experienced and reliable get the walls ready for painting. THIS IS A PLASTERING JOB (SPARTEL), NOT PAINTING.
Woodchip is removed! Now the walls are ready to be plastered. The area is approx 32,5m2. Some of the drywall has been replaced so there are areas that need to be filled smoothly - please see the pictures for a better idea. I have also attached the floorplan. It is all of the walls, not including the bathroom or the kitchen wall.
I prefer that you provide the materials and tools.
The area is easily accessible and the ceiling height is approx 2,20 NOT 4,04 as shown on the floor plan. As you can see in the pictures the wall height is to the wooden beams.
