The attached image file should give a good sense of what we'd like to have completed as well as images so you can review the space. We don't get access to the new house until June 15th and would like the work to begin that day - so the main work can be completed prior to move in.
Tasks:
- Paint most Ceilings on ground floor and basement white (ceilings on first floor will remain as is)
- Paint Walls throughout house (first floor is half wall as ceiling slant begins at 87cm.
- Repairing small holes/cracks
- Paint 4 Accent Walls in Select Rooms (2 Kids Rooms / Half Wall in Master Bedroom / Half Wall in Dining Room)
- Detail Trim and Footboards in select rooms where necessary (not all) - this task can be completed after Move in (anytime after June 15th as time allows for the vendor)
House will be empty when painting, so long as work can be completed between June 15-23. Painter should bring all drop clothes, tape, materials and should order paint.
*Important Note: Ceilings are Wood and all Tongue/Groove so will likely need to be brush painted. Please consider this for materials and quote.
