Hi
I need to have painted the interior walls of the apartment I am renting.
The rooms are: bathroom, living room, bedroom, hallway and kitchen.
Currently the walls are painted white and they should be repainted white.
There is no need to paint doors or ceiling.
I will leave the apartment on 15 of May, and the place will be rented out from 1st June.
So there are two options for when to paint:
1) paint a few days before 15th of May, but I will still be in the apartment at that point and also the furniture and all my things will be there
2) paint it between 15 and 30 of May. The apartment will be empty except for a couch and a bed, and I will not be living there. But I will need to agree with my landlord on handling the keys
Please let me know which options are valid, and an estimation of the price.
