Hello,
The apartment is 65 m and it is in perfect condition - it practically does not need painting. The only place where there are holes are in front of the windows, in 2 rooms, because we had shades installed, so these holes have to be closed with plaster. The area that needs to be painted is around 50 m, because the bathroom and one side of the kitchen will not be painted. Only one coat will be fine. The paint that needs to be used (landlord's orders) is called S05100N or lys råhvid, glans 10. I have seen a price of 150 kr/hour, but can you give me a total price? You are welcome to visit the apartment if you like to make an inspection.
The apartment needs to be painted either the first week of March or around 10-13 April.
