It is a 85 m2 flat in Copenhagen S (Ørestad - C.F. Møllers Allé 62)
WALLS
* The gross area of the walls is approx. 150m2 (windows, doors, cabinets... not excluded)
CEILING
* The concrete is white, approx. 65m2
TIMBERWORK
* There are 4 door frames to be painted both sides, and 1 main door 1 side. (ONLY frames! the doors are laminated)
* There are 2 small windows (1m wide, full height), 3 big ones (1,6m wide) and a balcony door.
* Approx. 55 lbm of skirting
Plan drawing of the flat and few pictures attached.
The flat was kept in good condition but we want it to be fresh 'clean' for us, so it will need 1 coat of paint.
Colours to be all off-white.
Washable/moisture resistant paint to the toilet area and sides of the kitchen.
The flat will be completely empty, so it will be quick to work :)
We receive the keys on Friday 31st July and will move in all the furniture on the 13th, so the decoration can happen any time between those 2 dates.
