We need to get our apartment painted on move-out. The apartment has two floors (including stairs) and is approximately 138m^2. The walls are ca. 3m high. Walls and ceilings need to be painted. The condition is fairly new and we believe painting everything once is sufficient. There are a few holes in the walls, but they can be filled by us before painting. Window frames and doors do not need to be painted. A layout of the apartment is attached (or can be sent on request).
