There are two rooms (12 and 16 m2), a hallway and half of the kitchen - the whole apartment is 65 m2, but the bathroom and half of the kitchen will not be painted. All ceilings may need to be painted too, each room has big windows, these frames will be painted. The rooms are in a great condition, there are only 4 small holes on the wall of the one room and another 4 in the other, which will have to be covered with plaster and painted over. The walls have some kind of textured wallpaper, but it is easy to paint over (it is quite smooth, and they have already been painted). The inner door may need to be painted too. I will provide the paint, because the landlord wants us to use a specific paint. One of the rooms doors may need to be partially painted too. The rest of the doors are ok, and will not need painting.
